Each unit has off street assigned parking. First & Third floor units have 2 assigned parking spots, tandem,  located underneath the building. Second floor units have 1 assigned parking spot in front of the building. Unfortunately there is no visitor parking available. Visitors can park on the street in public parking. You must display a parking permit on your vehicle at all times, otherwise your vehicle will be towed.

Sorry, we love pets, but we do not allow them at OSL for our guests. Service Animals & ESA's are permitted with proper documentation. ESA documentation must contain the information of the medical professional who provided the ESA requirement and a means by which we may contact them.

Our units are non – smoking

Linens are included in your reservation, but bring your own beach towels and beach chairs.  For sanitary reasons we do not provide salt, pepper, sugar, or other staples/condiments such as cooking oil, ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise etc. If you plan on doing a lot of cooking you will need to bring these items or purchase from the store as necessary.  We provide basic pots and pans and utensils.

Check In – AFTER 4PM Check Out – BEFORE 11AM

In order to ensure proper sanitization between each guest there are NO exceptions to this.

We offer self check in, you will receive check in instructions 24 hours prior to your arrival. 

We are happy to accommodate wedding parties and other groups. If you have a group that would like to book multiple units at this building, inquire for availability by calling 910-256-9100-Ext 1, if our attendant does not answer please leave a message and our team will call you back.

First payment & signed Rental Agreement is due at booking to secure your reservation. We accept all major credit cards.

50% of total reservation charges due AT BOOKING, Remaining balance due 7 DAY BEFORE CHECK IN 

Cancel within 48 HOURS of booking AND at least 60 days PRIOR to check in and receive a full refund

Cancel AFTER 48 hours of booking AND at least 60 days PRIOR to check in and receive a full refund less $100 cancellation fee

Cancel LESS than 60 days prior to check in NO REFUNDS

Changing units and/or dates of your reservation is considered a cancellation.

If you booked through a third party such as VRBO or AIRBNB, the booking channel cancellation policy shall preside.

We offer optional travel insurance to all guests. Travel insurance will cover you in the event of a cancellation due to emergencies such as illness, injury, or mandatory evacuations and much more. If you choose not to purchase travel insurance, you will not be eligible for any refunds in the event of an emergency.
